This class is for girls and boys 7-11 who have never boxed and want to get into the sport. Our patient and understanding coaches will guide you every step of the way as you get more comfortable with boxing. From covering the basics such as hand wraps and footwork, to understanding the different shots, our team will help you get up to speed quickly. We believe everyone should have an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of boxing, so don't be nervous, you are more than welcome! Everyone's gotta start somewhere!
